Photography Lesson Plan

I created this lesson plan utilizing Flickr as a means to display and critique photographs for the Yearbook Class. This would be best for grades 10-12.

I enjoyed reading your lesson plan and found it inspiring. I begin each year with the thought that I'm going to take more pictures of my students and use photography more often in my classroom. Alas, nine weeks have passed and I haven't taken the first picture. I bought a new camera with printing dock for my classroom this summer and it's still at home. Hopefully, putting this wish into words will help me to get things started!

Thanks Diane:

A local photographer is coming in next week to take athletic pics and I have asked him to give some tips on photography. I hope he will be willing to be a judge. If not, my next stop is the art teacher.

I think having someone else besides the teacher makes this contest a fun learning experience.
